Make sense of what's complex. Measure it with clarity and rigor.

Cerndaia helps small and mid-sized organizations adopt AI well, then turns that use into numbers you can show to buyers, investors, and regulators.

An organization's AI usage flows in from the left, converges, and resolves into a measured result. measured
The gap

Two pressures, one desk

Every organization knows it needs to use AI, and use it well. The hard part isn't awareness. It's that doing it well gets complicated fast, and the impact is easy to leave unmeasured. At the same time, larger buyers and investors increasingly ask for ESG data as a condition of doing business.

The advisory market has filled with generalists who hand over a list of prompts and disappear, and with large firms priced for enterprise budgets. A separate, crowded market has formed around using AI to produce ESG reports. What's genuinely rare is the inverse: treating an organization's own AI usage as an ESG input, and measuring it. That's the white space Cerndaia occupies.

Two pressures, AI adoption and ESG reporting, converging on a single desk. AI ESG
Why now. Responsible-technology frameworks have moved from optional to expected. An international, certifiable standard for responsible AI management already exists and is being adopted by the largest technology companies, so buyers now recognize and ask for this language. A small, specialized firm can serve the businesses the standards bodies and large firms overlook.
How it works

One engagement, three moves

Each build runs in this order. Diagnose, then equip, then measure, because the measurement only means something once the first two are real.

01 ยท Enable

Diagnose & design

Study the business, interview the team, map workflows, and rank where a tool helps most by impact and ease.

02 ยท Equip

Build & train

A custom prompt library for the top workflows, a recommended tool stack, and live training on the tools that actually fit.

03 ยท Measure

Translate to ESG

Turn usage into ESG language: cost and efficiency gains, an environmental footprint estimate, and workforce impact.

A monthly retainer wraps around all three, monitoring usage, re-optimizing, moving the team to better tools as they appear, and refreshing the measurement every quarter.

What you get

What lands on your desk

Each move ends in a specific artifact, and each one is yours to keep.

Diagnosis

A written AI Operations report: the workflows where AI earns its place, ranked by impact against the effort each one takes.

Build

The prompt library itself, documented so it outlives the training day, alongside a recommended tool stack and live sessions that leave the team able to run both.

Measurement

An ESG-ready disclosure report: your AI usage translated into environmental, social, and governance language, in the form buyers and investors already ask for.

Retainer

A refreshed measurement every quarter, and between them, monitoring and re-optimization as tools change, so the report never goes stale.

The framework

Usage becomes measurable impact

The signature product: your organization's own AI usage, read as an ESG input.

AEMF v1.0 ยท stress-tested across a 30-organization casebook

Everyone else uses AI to write ESG reports. Cerndaia treats your own AI usage as an ESG input, and measures it.

The methodology is proprietary and named: AEMF. The founder does the work directly, start to finish. And the retainer keeps the firm in the room after delivery.

A note on the environmental claim: the chain from lower token use to lower compute to lower footprint is real but small and hard to measure precisely at one company. Cost-efficiency and workforce impact lead; the carbon figure is presented as a clearly labeled directional estimate, never as an audited number.

Grounded and tested

The method is proprietary. The standards behind it are not.

The framework is built on the reporting and risk standards your buyers, investors, and auditors already recognize.

Who it's for

Built for teams that have to prove the work

ESG-pressured brands

Consumer goods, food and beverage, and manufacturers or suppliers selling to large retailers or courting investors, facing real pressure to report sustainability data.

Professional services

Accounting, legal, marketing, and consulting practices that run on documents and knowledge work, where returns are fast and obvious.

Mission-driven organizations

Impact-oriented teams and funds that want their tool adoption to reflect the same values as their mission.

Why Cerndaia

Discernment before delivery

It studies first

The work begins by studying the specific business, not by handing over a generic template.

It stays

The retainer monitors, re-optimizes, and moves the client to better tools as the landscape shifts.

It proves the value

No other small firm turns a company's own tool usage into a measurable report for buyers and investors.

It's personal

The founder does the work directly, not a rotating cast of junior associates.

Founder, Cerndaia

Sahithi Vincy Salikineedi, founder of Cerndaia

Sahithi Vincy Salikineedi is an economist by training, with a First Class Honours degree in Economics and a Master of Public Policy from the University of Chicago, where she specialized in the governance and ethics of artificial intelligence, technology law and policy, and ESG analytics, on a foundation of econometrics and causal inference. She has spent her career turning messy organizational data into numbers people can defend, including original research on how thirty U.S. technology and consulting firms disclosed generative AI and workforce restructuring over five years. She designed Cerndaia's proprietary AI measurement framework and stress-tested it across thirty organizational scenarios before taking on clients.

A note from the founder

I started Cerndaia because I kept watching organizations adopt AI faster than they could measure it. Companies could tell you what tools they had bought, but almost none could show, in numbers they were willing to defend, what that adoption was doing to their operations, their people, or their footprint. I built the method before I let anyone pay for it, and when you work with me, I am the person who studies your business, builds your tools, measures the result, and stays after delivery rather than handing you off. If that sounds like your situation, I would like to hear about it.

Questions

What people ask first

The methodology is proprietary, so I don't publish the mechanics. What I can tell you is what it aligns with: GRI, ISSB/SASB, the GHG Protocol, NIST's AI Risk Management Framework, and ISO/IEC 42001. During an engagement, I walk you through it in detail under NDA.

No. Most of the organizations this is built for aren't mandated reporters. They want the measurement because a buyer asked for it, because an investor asked for it, or because it's how they want to run the company.

Three moves, in order: I diagnose where AI actually helps, build the prompt library, tool stack, and training around it, then measure what changed and put it in ESG terms. The monthly retainer wraps around all three and keeps it current.

Confidentially. What you share is used for your engagement and nothing else, I'll work under your NDA or provide one, and nothing about your organization appears in public materials without your written sign-off.
